Cathy Tabile, Registered Nurse and a Medicare case manager, is the 2013 winner of the “Whatever it Takes and Then Some” customer service award at Hale Anuenue Restorative Care Center in Hilo.
Tabile was honored for “going above and beyond as well as embodying the ‘aloha spirit,’” which is at the heart of the award.
“We are very proud to present Cathy with this award, as she demonstrates excellence in customer service on a daily basis,” said Ivan Yamamoto, Hale Anuenue’s executive director. “Hale’s associates are always ‘And Then Some’ people. Every day they do what is required, but many choose to go beyond their job descriptions, exceeding expectations, on behalf of the resident, and that is what this award is truly about.”
Tabile was selected for the honor from 12 monthly “Whatever it Takes and Then Some” winners.
